DoubleTree by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport-Rosemont

The entire room was big, very comfortable and with a beautiful view from the window. There was a spacious bathroom with good shower. Every thing seemed clean and working pretty well. They had forgotten to put some products for shower, but the staff came quickly with a lot of shampoo, soap and conditioner. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from a train station, what was great!

Staff were so friendly and helpful, despite being inundated with booking changes from disrupted travel (wild lightning storm). The bed was so comfortable and I slept very well. Oh, and the cookie was amazing. Having a courtesy shuttle from and to the airport was a big help.

The staff answered all my questions every time I had one and there was no type of negative feedback from the staff.

It was right next to the convention center. Parking was convenient. The room was spacious and clean.

Staff was in point and fun. Joked with one staff member(manager I believe) about his tie and we chatted like old friends. Young lady who checked us in gave us cookies! Rooms were clean and quite, even with two conventions going on across the street.
